
Basic Focus Reporting

Description
This course introduces the basic reporting facilities available through FOCUS
Designed For:
IS staff and end-users requiring a working knowledge of FOCUS reporting facilities.
Pre-requisites:
Objectives:
- Upon successful completion of the course the student should be able to:
- Code a simple master file description
- Use FOCUS to produce reports including selecting specific data, subtotalling, report and page formatting
- Define temporary fields
- Compute new values
- Extract HOLD files
- Run Focus in Batch
